Study on hospital waste management in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The feasibility study focused on a techno-economic analysis of the suitability of integrating a technological unit for thermal treatment of hospital waste in the Cantonal Hospital Zenica. The proposed modern concept and design of the incinerator would allow for the environmentally friendly disposal of hospital waste at the place of its origin and the use of the generated heat within the hospital premises.
