Replacement of the dosing device and rotary kiln face

As part of the modernisation of the hazardous and hospital waste incinerator at AVE Kralupy, a set of waste dosing equipment and rotary kiln face was designed and delivered. The aim was to prevent vaulting in the dosing equipment and at the same time eliminate the continuous presence of the operator. The delivery included dismantling the existing technology and replacing it with a new technological assembly of the dosing device (hopper, cooled slip, dosing ram, hydraulic closures), rotary kiln face including hydraulic piping, new steel structures, hydraulic station and complete electrical, measurement and regulation parts. The project implementation included design of the solution, complete design and delivery documentation, delivery of the technology, installation, commissioning and operator training.
