Reduction of pressure drop of the catalytic-filtration system

The revitalisation of the REMEDIA® D/F catalytic-filtration system installed at the hazardous and hospital waste incineration plant consisted of removing the salt layer adhering to the surface of the PTTFE membrane, which caused a reduction in permeability and an increase in pressure loss affecting the operation of the plant. As a result of the revitalisation process, the pressure drop was reduced to the original values corresponding to the initial installation of the catalytic-filtration system.
