Reconstruction of industrial sludge incinerator

As part of the reconstruction of the industrial sludge incineration plant, a technological design and project solution for the key part of the incineration plant - the incineration plant and heat utilisation system - was produced. The combustion system consisted of a fluidized multiple hearth furnace and a secondary combustion chamber with a special burner. A heat recovery exchanger and combustion air preheating were used for flue gas utilisation.

The project included the provision of technical assistance for the areas of sludge dosing, flue gas cleaning and cooling, electrical and MaR, provision of author supervision, operating rules and a programme of trial runs and complex testing.
