Heating system of quenching and tempering furnace

A new heating system was installed on the quenching and tempering furnace for the production of steel cylinders for CNG at Vítkovice Cylinders a.s. The system was designed in such a way that the heating in the quenching furnace takes place in a separate atmosphere and the material in the tempering furnace is heated by direct heating by burning natural gas in the furnace burners. A flue gas extraction solution and a control system were also included.
