Flue gas desulphurisation of coal boilers

For the coal-fired steam boilers at the Kolín Power Plant, technology for flue gas desulphurisation using dry sorption based on sodium bicarbonate was designed and delivered as part of Phase I of the project. The project included the installation of DeSOx technology on the existing boilers, the construction of a storage silo and the supply of sorbent treatment and transport technology.

As part of the turnkey delivery, the design, supply of apparatus, installation, supervision, testing and commissioning were provided, including supply and installation for the electrical and MaR part and the control system for the sorbent dosing equipment.
