Feasibility study for the construction of a WtE unit in Přerov

For Teplo Přerov a.s., a technical-economic assessment of the construction of a 20 kt/year capacity WtE unit was carried out. The WtE unit was considered as a source of heat for the CHS network and at the same time as a possibility of processing suitable waste in this locality.

The study included a proposal for the expected location including connections and transport, a summary of the related legislation, an analysis of the composition and quantity of waste to be treated, an economic assessment of the benefits and costs, the expected investment costs and the return on investment. It also included basic design drawings.
