The project will result in the realisation of a pilot unit based on the prototype unit with advanced optimisation of the combustion process in particular, heat utilisation and flue gas cleaning technologies. The pilot unit will serve as a reference green energy source for the fuel mix, and specific combustion tests can be carried out on this unit leading to an optimal design of the plant tailored to the requirements of the specific customer.
Thanks to the verified real data obtained from the pilot unit, it will be possible to develop a maximally efficient "tailor-made" technology at the minimum possible cost in relation to the required parameters. Devices designed based on reference data from the pilot unit will be designed to address the energy situation of regions, micro-regions, municipalities, manufacturing companies, etc.
The construction of these new facilities will represent a unique technically and economically balanced solution for the energy use of the fuel mix, ensuring energy self-sufficiency and enabling the energy utilisation of contaminated biomass or municipal waste at the point of its origin.
This project is funded with EU support under the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness.
