The main purpose of the project is the experimental research and industrial development of a prototype of an advanced and highly efficient energy source for fuel mix with medium thermal output ("EULALIE"). The prototype will be developed to ensure the environmentally friendly use of the fuel mix, even contaminated fuel that cannot otherwise be burned and used for power generation in conventional power plants. The prototype will be characterised by the integration of proven technical solutions into a unique technological unit.
The project will result in a fully operational prototype unit that will serve as a reference unit. The prototype will allow the verification of functionality for different specific cases. Various combustion tests can be carried out on this unit in order to optimally design a plant for a specific customer with specific requirements.
This procedure will guarantee the subsequent seamless delivery of a tailor-made plant with an optimised plant range and at the minimum possible cost in relation to the required parameters. Such facilities will be designed to address the energy situation of regions, micro-regions, municipalities, manufacturing companies, etc.
Thus, a unique technically and economically balanced solution will appear on the market, enabling the energy utilisation of the fuel mix, ensuring energy self-sufficiency and enabling the energy utilisation of contaminated biomass at the place of their origin.
This project is funded with EU support under the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness.
