Documentation of dry fly ash removal from the bark boiler

Within the project, basic engineering of the dry fly ash removal from the bark boiler was developed. The project addressed the replacement of the original hydraulic ash transport with a dry route. The engineering report included a description of the current state, the design of the technology and individual operating sets. The project included a 3D model of the dry desanding system, a motor list, electrical schematics, process schematics, and a cost estimate for delivery and installation.
